Jane Ukoh is the founder of Ascend Law Firm, a boutique law office based in Atlanta, Georgia. Her practice focuses on Health law and Commercial transactions. Jane advises members of the healthcare industry on regulatory compliance (HIPAA, STARK LAW etc). Additionally, Clients look to Jane for advice on their various business needs including contracts, corporate governance and other related transactions.

Jane's educational background includes, an MBA in Finance and Health Informatics from Georgia State University, Robinson College of Business, and a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. While in law school she was a member of Emory International Law Journal and a legal extern to the Honorable Walter E. Johnson U.S Magistrate Court Judge in the Northern District Court of Georgia.

In her spare time, Jane enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is passionate about the law and is committed to aggressively representing her clients as they navigate their various legal issues.
